MEET THE FOUNDER

Carolyn, owner and founder of eSproutz, and her team are here to help you ‘grow your own’ at home, at school, or at your place of business. Carolyn is a registered nurse of 38 years and understands the value of eating healthy food. She has spent the past 3 years studying the effects of diet on health (using herself as a study subject) and has concluded that food-as-medicine is extremely powerful when it comes to promoting healing and good health. She understands that eating fresh, organically-grown fruits and vegetables plays an extremely important role.

 

 

In 2018, worsening health issues and a change of circumstance prompted Carolyn to double down on efforts to improve both her diet and her lifestyle. Her efforts resulted in exactly what she was after: 80-pound weight loss, the elimination of all perscription medications, normal lab values across the board, more energy, healthier skin, better sleep, and an overall improved mood. Now she's on a mission to help others create a lifestyle that leads to better health as well. With the onset of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic sweeping across the planet, there is no better time. 

She founded eSproutz with this goal in mind. While conducting product research, prior to setting up the store, she discovered a myriad of innovative indoor and outdoor grow-your-own options that she had no idea even existed on the marketplace today. This was the moment when her passion for gardening took off and her excitement about sharing her journey with others was born.
