How fast do you ship out? Usually within 1-3 business days.
When will I receive tracking for my order? As soon as your package ships out. Once you receive a tracking number, you'll be able to track your order.
How long will my order take to arrive? Usually between 5-10 business days depending on when your order came in and which shipping method you paid for (2-3 days for expedited shipping). If your item is a special order or on backorder it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case. Also, if there are any exceptions, you will find this information in the product description.
Which courier will deliver my package? For standard parcel shipments we ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS (Ground). It usually depends on the size and weight of your package. Larger items ordered in quantity of 2 or more require LTL Freight shipping which incurs an additional fee. Please call for a quote prior to ordering. White Glove delivery is also available upon request.
If something is out of stock can I back order or special order it? Yes! If an item is out of stock but can be pre-ordered. You will see a 'Pre-Order Now' or a 'Reserve Now' button in place of the 'Add To Cart' button on the product page. If it's not clear when the stock will be replenished, the "Reserve Now" option will not be available for that item. Allow up to 4-6 weeks for all pre-orders to arrive. You will receive a shipment tracking number once your order is shipped.

How much will I pay for shipping? Shipping is FREE (Standard Ground to the Lower 48 only) unless a large order requires LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload Freight Shipment). If your order requires LTL Freight, you will be notified by email before the order is processed. See our Shipping Policy for more detail.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, 1-2 of our brand partners ship to the US lower 48 only. If you live outside the US, depending on what you intend to order, it's possible we can ship to you. Please call us or contact us for more detail. The same is true for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Territories (other than Washington D.C.).
Do you have a showroom? Our entire catalog selection is online. Our brand partners have warehouses (shipping centers) located across the USA.
