Lowest Price Guarantee

We strive to offer the lowest prices possible for all of our products. If you find a lower price, contact us and we'll match it.

We require proof of competitor's price. Competitor's price must be current and proof can include the following: Product web address, email advertisement, or print advertisement.

In order to qualify for a price match, the item must be identical, including model number, finish, components, availability, shipping charges and delivery conditions. When we compare our price to another company's delivered price, their delivery charges will be included.

If the other company's delivery charges are not supplied or readily available, we will add our shipping costs to the other company's price.

We may limit the quantities of price-matched items. In addition we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

If we determine that a competitor's price is not in accordance to the manufacturer's Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy we will not match the price. Unfortunately, in these circumstances we cannot match the price because we would be infringing upon price integrity agreements with our manufacturers.

We cannot honor price match requests after you have placed your order. Because we attempt to ship your product as soon as possible we cannot always change or cancel your order prior to it being processed.

This guarantee does not apply to any item to which a volume discount, a coupon, a bundling arrangement (such as two-for-one), a customer rebate, an inventory liquidation, "Closeout Sale", "going out of business", "free offer", "CyberMonday", "Deal of the Day" promotion or other similar special promotional pricing mechanism is applied.

This guarantee does not apply to shipping, handling, taxes, surcharges, and any other similar fees.

All claims will be reviewed in US dollars only as priced on the merchant's website.

Items that do not have a standard SKU will not be eligible for our Low Price Guarantee.
